Worse customer service ever. I paid 26 dollars for full service the guy name Michael was so rude, I asked him to wipe the side of the door. He started yelling and asking for more money just to wipe at one spot

Do not come here. The workers clearly do not care. If they miss a spot (or two) and you don't say anything, nothing gets done. There is no pride in their work. If someone gets an oil change apparently they can cut you off in line where an argument easily ensues. Instead of taking action, like a leader should do, management states figure it out yourselves and that they aren't traffic police as you can see from my screenshot of another review. Completely unprofessional and may be sufficient for the local clientele but if I can offer you, the reader, any advice, it's this: go elsewhere. This place is undeserving of your hard earned money. I rarely leave reviews but when the service is just lacking.. I have to. This is how we keep businesses accountable.

Jazzy Wash & Lube is a car wash that deserves a zero star rating. I wasted my time and money there, and I strongly advise against it. I paid $26 for a full service with vacuum, but the Spanish worker who did the job didn’t even vacuum my third-row seat. When I pointed this out, he nonchalantly said that the guy in front would vacuum it. However, when I reached the front of the building to pick up my car, I was informed that the vacuuming was done by the person in the back, not in front. I went inside and informed the cashier about the situation, but he simply looked at me without saying a word. This is unacceptable customer service, and for a business to treat its customers this way is truly appalling. This is my first and last time going to Jazzy Wash & Lube.

Gets easily backed up to the street with just 1-2 cars and rushes through cars. Only worth it for basic discounted night washes, otherwise mediocre at best. Don't do good vacuuming, have to ask everytime to vacuum the trunk. Uses dirty towels to dry it leaving marks on the windows.

Edit 10/07/22 Went again today for a platinum wash. They cleaned the inside and out really well. They could do with being a little more careful though. They exited the car wash really fast with my car and scraped the front lip a bit. But it didn’t damage it too much so it’s fine. Overall my review remains the same. Pretty good for the price. It’s pretty good for the price. The machines can’t get everything out tho. There will be some spots left. I got the gold wash but they forgot to put tire shine on at first. I took it back and they did it for me. Good customer service. Everyone was nice.
